When I know that I’ll stay on my feet the whole day, I wear sneakers as they have been the most comfortable on my feet for the long hours. But even when I’m wearing my most comfortable shoes, I still typically use medical tape and individually tape my smallest toes as within a few hours they are rubbing. I really did not believe a rub-on product could really prevent blisters.
